We don't have a traditional kill here, right?

The Judge will be made aware of the change after results have been posted for that day.

Does being convicted prevent players from communicating on proboards?

Can we use Political donor for changing the target of a DA?

Yes. Once per game you can activate Political Donor and force the DA to charge someone, which would overtake any current charges they have in place, assuming it was activated prior to the Judges voting on the original charge (and also in advance of day close so the Judges see the new charge).

Can the disbarred people still read the forum (they obviously can't post), or that falls under comunicating with other people?

Disbarred/Convicted can still read and post in the thread, and here(Freedom of Speech). They can't private message anyone.
Convicted can't do anything else.
Disbarred can still vote in the thread.

If someone mandate us to use one of our mafia power, could we block that by making someone else use that power or the action take precedence and forces us to make that player use it?
Chamberlain edit: Without knowing the name of our powers, would such a mandate even work? 'Use one of your available powers' is rather nebulous.

In answer to the first question, this would depend on a number of factors, most importantly the wording of the writ.
In answer to the second question, the player filing the writ would have to name a specific ability.

If Political Donor is used on a DA that has already brought a criminal charge against a player, will the initial charge be dropped and replaced by the new charge?

And since I didn't actually spell this out in the role, the DA would not be able to withdraw the forced charge.

Posting this here too:
Is there a distinction between "day" and "night" in this game?
For example, as a lawyer I would love to twist the meaning of this Writ of Mandamus "a Writ of Mandamus compelling PsychoCucumber's first post of the next day to end with the name of the player they targeted with an action that changes a judge’s ruling the night before."
If Psychocucumber (although he's not mafia) were to use the Political Donor power to change a DAs charge, would he then be compelled to end his first post with the name of his target?
I would argue that Psychocucumber used his power during the day, and was ineligible to use a power that changed a judge's vote during the night, thus preventing him from being compelled to end his first post with the name of his target.
